Currently, we are shipping from China so that our price of tea is reasonable and reflects the quality of the tea instead of warehouse costs overseas or custom costs. So please be patient and understanding after placing an order.

Method and Time
Handling time is 1-2 business day once an order is placed.
1. Our default shipping carrier is China Post ePacket. It offers tracking from our office right up to your door. For US residents, the service integrates seamlessly with UPS.
2. On average, delivery times vary from 1-2 weeks. Some faster, some slower – it can depend on your home country’s customs and how long it takes to process there. If you are concerned about your shipment, contact us and we will look into it for you.
3. If the order is more than 2kg (including the packing), the shipping may be divided into 2 or more batches as the limit of China Post ePacket and China Post Air Mail is 2kg.
Returns
We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with each and every purchase. If your product is incorrect or damaged, simply provide photographic documentation of the defect or damage within 7 days upon the delivery date and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
If you wish to return the product for a refund, please make sure that:
1. It’s within 15 days of the delivery date.
2. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
* For tea sold in a zip bag size, we offer free smaller samples of the same tea in each order so you can try it before opening the zip bag.
3. It’s packed safely for international shipping. The shipment fee is non-refundable.

Customs
Based on our experience, small parcels won’t be taxed by customs as long as we mark the package as a sample.
In rare cases, if customs duty arises, you can choose to reject the order and get a refund after the shipping cost, or we will offer a small compensation for your next order. Simply contact us for a solution.
