What is Gong Fu Cha?
A style of brewing, serving, and drinking tea with over one thousand years of history that benefits social interaction, family bonding, and self awareness.
Boiled water poured into a gaiwan with loose leaf tea, rotating the stream into 3 gongfu cups evenly.
Gongfu means “effort” in Chinese. This way of preparing and serving tea gives you a chance to show effort for your loved ones in this world where people do so little of that.
ABOUT THE NAME

CHA
Tea in Chinese; different from the common idea of tea from a teabag or a floral herbal refreshment, and more emphasis on the tea leaf itself
