We are a big believer of Gong Fu Cha (gongfu brewing), so we started to design and source material for our gongfu tea set since day one when we had the idea of the CHAOCHA brand.

The Junior Green Set offers a simpler version of Gong Fu Cha (gongfu brewing). Decanting and sharing tea is much easier with the gong dao bei (fairness cup).
1. Put tea in gaiwan, infuse hot water, discard first infusion (except for green tea)
2. Strain tea to the gong dao bei (fairness cup)
3. Pour tea into each cup evenly when sharing with friends or drink directly from the fairness cup if you are enjoying tea alone.
*Dry the tools with tower for packing or let them naturally air dry by laying out items separately.
